The Author

Steven Latowski was born in London, the eldest son of East European migrants.

He studied engineering and found it not to his liking, prefering the writer's craft.

After a successful career in journalism and publishing, he retired to live aboard his yacht in Sydney, establishing two waterfront eateries - bizarre really, because he couldn't cook - and trying his hand at acting, script writing, novel writing and bus driving.

'Terror on the Mount", a young readers novel, is the first in a planned series of three stunning adventures for Martin Fartingale – an unfortunate name, we would all agree!
